Business Trips are like Vacationsā¦ without the fun or relaxation
Imagine winning a ticket to Willy Wonkaās Chocolate Factoryā¦ and not being able to eat the candyā¦ for business reasonsĀ
Take it from meā¦ and our family businessā¦Ā
Even a business trip to Las Vegas can be ruined, by sharing a room with your Mom and older sisterā¦ #vivalasvegas
But for this weekās Main Story, we take you to Atlanta, Georgia where we meet Victorya Venise and hear her crazy story about her recentā¦ business trip!Ā
Victorya is a single Mom and social media manager for a couple small companies in the Atlanta area
She was sent on a business trip by her clients, traveling from Louisiana to Atlantaā¦ to help them plan their Social Media content for the months aheadā¦Ā
You seeā¦ Victorya was not only a single working Momā¦ but she was also expecting her second childā¦Ā
But according to her Dr. she was still very early in the processā¦ and was not showing much
So she traveled to Atlanta and arrived at her hotel roomā¦ only to be greeted by intense stomach pains
Victorya feared she was infected by the same stomach bug that had gotten her 4 year old daughter sick, earlier that weekā¦Ā
So she ran to the Hotel Bathroomā¦Ā
She soon realized, she wasnāt sickā¦ She was actually alone in an Atlanta Hotel Room Bathroomā¦ Sitting on the Toiletā¦ about to give birth
ā¦ on April 1st, 2022ā¦ April Fools Day! (We š©Ā You Not!)
āI turned around, and it was the baby, and I was like āgasp.ā I hurried up, and I grabbed him out of the toilet,ā
āI found a towel and I wrapped him up. I was sitting on the toilet and I called my mom. I was like āmom, I just had the baby.ā I was like āhe fell in the toilet.ā She was like, āCall 911, call 911,'ā Victorya reportedly said.
Thank God, Victorya and her baby boy, were treated and discharged from the hospital in good condition later that day despite the dangerous deliver.y
Victorya had been planning to give the boy up for adoption, but his wild entry to the world on April Foolās Day reportedly gave her a change of heart.
āI feel like the experience made me connected to him and made me want to keep him. So Iām going to keep him.
āIt happened to teach me that you can do this. Even though Iām a single mom, you can take care of him. It gave me more courage and made me believe I can do this. If I can do that, I must be able to do a lot.ā
She named her son āRockyā - because of his ārockyā start to entering this world!Ā

For the first time in American History, Ketanji Brown Jackson was confirmed as the 116th Justice of the United States Supreme Court.Ā
She is the first black woman in the 232-year history of the United States Supreme Court to be nominated by the President of the United States.
Let that sink inā¦ The First, Black Womanā¦ in 232 YEARS!Ā
We have highlighted this incredible moment in our blogs before, but to anyone who previously dreamed of achieving the impossibleā¦ look no further than Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson
She was not handed anythingā¦ she earned everything - and handled adversity with composure, class and grace
She is an inspiration to women around the world, showing us that hard work and perseverance are the keys to achieving the impossible.Ā
